On the contrary at Waichow Chan Kwing-ming with a People's Army is fighting Lung's troops, similar fighting is going on at Kongmoon with a People's Army under another leader, while the party referred to in paragraph 6 of my Confidential Despatch of the 28th ultimo is

still sitting at Shiu Hing intriguing to oust Lung from the

Province.

How this situation is to end no one can foresee.
